Heart of Nebraska Soaps is owned and operated by a single mom with 2 crazy kids and an equally crazy cat!  

In 2016 I began noticing that we were going through a LOT of store bought soap (and it usually made us dry and itchy) and knew there had to be another way.  I spent HOURS researching ingredients, soap making and even techniques and began my soap making journey. 

I found that I LOVED soapmaking.  I fell in love with the science of saponification, the versatility of ingredients and the fact that you could create the perfect recipe to optimize the skin care products.  I was hooked! 

Heart of Nebraska Soaps was established in 2018 and the rest, as they say, is history!
